Customer Support Advisor (Maternity Cover)
Soper of Lincoln BMW are recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor (Maternity Cover).
Can you build up an excellent rapport over the Telephone?
As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for dealing with inbound sales and after-sales enquiries via email, telephone and live chat. You will also be expected to make outbound sales/after-sales calls and do telephone-based customer satisfaction surveys.
Responsibilities will include:
- Making service appointments, both over the phone and in person
- Car service/ repair bookings
- Outbound calls to book MOT and service reminders
- Selling of service
- Performing customer satisfaction surveys
- Maintain and update accurate database records
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Taking overflow switchboard calls, and reception cover when needed
Requirements:
- Comfortable with achieving targets
- Excellent customer service skills
- Call Centre Experience
- A good telephone manner
- Ability to Multi-Task
- PC literate
- Being able to deal with a high level of admin is essential within this role
Full training will be given; although experience within the Motor trade is ideal, it is not essential.

Salary: From £22,249.00 per year
